The Machine consists of a stepper/servo motor attachment alongwith pneumatic system fot the feeding of products synchronized with the basic machine through PLC control to achieve accuracy of feeding. This reduces the wastage produced and increase the output.

Suitable for collating and overwrapping of rectangular cartons and individual product with heat-sealable film like B.O.P.P., Cellphones etc.

Adaptable for multiple configurations, collating upto six layers.
